2. Define the term formatting. Why do we need to format a worksheet?
Ans-Formatting refers to the appearance or presentation of your essay. Another word for formatting is layout. Most essays contain at least four different kinds of text: headings, ordinary paragraphs, quotations and bibliographic references. You may also include footnotes and endnotes.
3. Explain the vertical and horizontal text alignment option.
Ans-In Microsoft Word, alignment refers to the placement of text within a document relative to the page margins. Vertical alignment is determined relative to the top and bottom margins, while horizontal alignment is determined relative to the side margins.
4. What is the difference between copying and moving cell contents?
Ans-Copying means just copy the particular data at another location and it remains intact at its previous location, while moving data means copying same data into another location and it gets removed from it's original location.
