3. What is the difference between sorting data and filtering data?
Ans-sorting data-MS Excel allow you to rearrange the data numerically or alphabetically and on the basis of date, colour and so on. Rearranging data in a specific order is called sorting.
Filtering data-MS Excel lets you display the record which meet certain criteria and conditions is specified by you,whereas item temporarily blocks for hight the unwanted data from being viewed. This feature is called filtering.

Ans-custom filtering is used to quickly filter data based on certain specific condition.
